Our historical restaurant’s cuisine is deeply rooted in the area and in our family tradition. It has been kept up to date over the years through the valuable professional skills of our staff. Recipes from a range of national dishes have been used alongside local ones to create a menu that is replete with tasty and refined suggestions. Care over raw material choice and dish presentation are a topic of constant dialogue with our staff.
Our breakfast cakes and jams, as well as our fresh pasta are all home made to keep the taste for genuine ingredients and real flavours alive.
Our wine list is an interesting overview of the best Tuscan labels together with a careful selection of national wines.
Our veranda room overlooking the swimming pool is available for private banquets and lunches. An imperial table which can be set for up to 20 covers is available, and we are able to offer our guests a personalised menu complete with advice on the choice of dishes.
Ever mindful of our guests’ needs, we have included a section dedicated to vegetarian dishes and a small menu for children. Our special breakfasts for guests requiring gluten-free diets have also received AIC (Italian Celiac Association) recognition.
