- Check-out is within 12am and check-in is from 2pm until 7pm.
- Only reservations with deposit-confirm will be effectives.
- The deposit-confirm ("caparra") is not refoundable.
- Visitor tax not included in room rates.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellation in the 6 days before arrival date:
penalty amount of an overnight stay for all the rooms booked + 50% penalty of the entire stay amount
- cancellation from 14 to 7 days before arrival date:
penalty amount of an overnight stay for all the rooms booked
- cancellation from 21 to 15 days before arrival date:
50% penalty of an overnight stay for all the rooms booked
- cancellation from 28 to 20 days before arrival date:
30% penalty of an overnight stay for all the rooms booked

Dear Guest,
inform you that the City of San Quirico d'Orcia has approved the application of the Tourist tax for people who stay overnight in all tourist accommodation of municipal area for the year 2013. The amount will be € 0.70 per person per night all the stay. The tax will be paid at our reception of a receipt issued by the Municipality of San Quirico d'Orcia |
